3. Payment Terms

Bullogist accepts one-time digital currency payments through marketmus. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through marketmus
• We do not store your payment credentials or wallet information
• Payment is required before processing begins, and service delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or other charges associated with your payment method

4. Content Extraction and Intellectual Property

4.1 Factual Information Extraction

Bullogist extracts only factual information and data points (such as mentioned events, price targets, and market predictions) from the content sources you provide. We do not reproduce, store, or redistribute substantial portions of the original content.

4.2 Transformation of Content

All extracted information undergoes substantial transformation through our processing system. The resulting analysis, data points, and insights constitute a new work that is fundamentally different from the original content in both form and purpose.

4.3 User Representations and Warranties

By submitting URLs or content sources to our Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to access and analyze the content in these sources
• Your use of our Service to extract data points from these sources does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights
• You have complied with all applicable terms of service of the platforms from which you are submitting content (including YouTube, websites, blogs, etc.)
• You are not submitting content that is confidential, proprietary, or subject to restrictions that would prevent its analysis by our Service

4.4 Fair Use and Copyright

Bullogist's extraction of limited factual data points from content for the purpose of analysis and insight generation is designed to be consistent with fair use principles under copyright law. Our Service:

• Transforms the original content into new insights and analysis
• Extracts only factual information not subject to copyright protection
• Does not reproduce substantial portions of the original expressive content
• Does not serve as a replacement for or diminish the market value of the original content

4.5 Attribution and Opt-Out

Our Service will maintain appropriate attribution to original content sources when displaying extracted data points. Content creators may request their content be excluded from our analysis by contacting us at info@bullogist.com. We maintain a blacklist of sources that have requested exclusion and will honor such requests promptly.

4.6 No Responsibility for Source Content

Bullogist is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of the external sources you submit for analysis. We do not endorse any opinions, recommendations, or predictions contained in the source materials. The extracted data points reflect only what is present in the original content and should not be considered as fact or as financial advice from Bullogist.

5. Data Processing

Bullogist processes the content sources you provide to extract relevant data points. By submitting content for processing, you acknowledge:

• We only extract and display data from the sources you explicitly provide
• The accuracy of our extraction depends on the clarity and quality of the source material provided
• We do not create user accounts or store your credentials; data is processed on a per-request basis
• We may use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze and extract data from your content

6. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bullogist and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that content you submitted to the Service caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your use of our Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullogist and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on data extracted and displayed by our service

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

All content, features, and functionality of the Bullogist service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Bullogist and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without our prior written consent.
